About Me

Missy Neill is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in Federal Way, WA and Kent, WA.

With several years experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of the University of Puget Sound, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, grief and loss including pet loss, gender and identity issues, eating disorders, and PTSD.

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Missy has presented at conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of compassion fatigue and interpersonal dynamics. She has also been heard on KOMO AM 1000 speaking about grief and loss.

Missy is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
